We lead residential and mixed-use developments as developer, either on land we hold or in partnership with landowners. Each scheme is sized to realistic approvals before design begins, and every share and role is set in a signed agreement.

Sourcing, due diligence, structuring and acquisition of urban and strategic land.
We find, verify and secure land. Title, khatian, mutation, land development tax and encumbrances are checked before any balance payment or registration. Investors can co-fund acquisitions on terms agreed per deal.

Allocated sales mandates for established developers, serving local and NRB buyers.
Established developers appoint us to market and sell their inventory under signed agreements. Buyers deal with one accountable team from first visit to handover, whether they live in Dhaka or abroad.
